  1. Here’s what I know, I’ve been in the same company for 17 years now, and someone that can make it through the first two years CAN be making the same pay as I am making.
    The pay scale here was changed just a couple years ago to bring all the employees up to the same pay rate (regardless of time served. Sound like a jail term? hmmm…)
